TOC.....Crescent?

Acquired this TOC bike a few weeks back along with a Bluebird (now sold). I don't think the green paint is original. It has armour coated rims which are also green which confirms the bogus paint. Missing the usual parts. I would like to at least get a badge for starters. Which one? Now this bike excites me! Is that weird.....or what?

I really like this. The paint and rust makes it look like it's made of copper, both verdigris and brown-aged.

20x10 setup?

Looks like it will be super easy to pedal with that setup - I'm with carlitos (guey) - take that girl for a spin!

Just needs a saddle and an earlier stem (two I seen have a "tulip" stem... clamp is straight up)
