ToC early hub info, Universal Coaster Brake Co. Buffalo NY

Just picked this gem off the floor behind a shelf in an old timers garage and I have never seen one before. Looks similar to the early Morrow.

The front of the arm says "Universal Automatic coaster and brake"
The back has "universal coaster brake co. Buffalo NY" with a patd date of maybe 1901 (hard to read).
Being from buffalo I'm more interested then usual.
Missing the axle, cones, and outer bearing but the inside feels like it still works.

Anyone have any literature or knowledge on this one?

Definately something you don't see everyday. The first add is for this hub. The second add is from another company in buffalo that looks very similar.

Here's the parts pictures for anyone in the future:
double roller clutch.
Brake shoes are held in with a large circlip.
Everything is fairly tight fitting but the driver has some play that I don't think will go away.
