TOC Fork Crown ID Thread

Among the highly useful primary-source threads dedicated to identifying 1890's - early 1900's bicycles it seems we are lacking an encompassing fork crown ID thread.
I will start us off, let's try to keep posts on topic and stick to single images that show both model / mfg and fork crown.
