Bottom bracket cups thread into bottom bracket shell, sleeve is a simple dust cover on this early style.
I believe the “dogleg” drive side arm is a feature of the ladies models though it is interchangeable with men’s frames of the era, I only know because it was mounted to a powder coated men’s when i purchased it.
Turns smoothly, disassembles easily at this point (cleaned and serviced) the only damage is something I’ve seen a number of times and easy to repair, one of the interlocking teeth on the central spindle between the crank arms is broken off, it still interlocks.
I can take more photos for any serious parties, Tapatalk cuts me off when I post too many photos.
