TOC Pedals?

Recently picked up this bike up and it has these Gibson pedals. Does anyone know anything about them?

I posted this and then started looking around I guess they where made in the twenties. Probably not correct nor appropriate for a 1898 Fleetwing. Now I am in the market for some Toc pedals. Oh well

The frames are well worn with repo urethane (not rubber) blocks installed.

I got a pair. They're what teens pedals... They're to new for 1899
