I have a Featherstone ( I think that's the brand ) with that same seat post. It's in storage, so I haven't seen it for awhile.
If you ever decide to sell it, let me know.........I could use the parts.
I have a picture of the adjustable bars from that same Featherstone in the " other adjustable handlebars, other that Kelly " thread in Pre-33
