Sold TOC Sterling Engraved Nameplate French Luxembourg!

Nice TOC engraved name plate! I believe this is at least silver plate if not Sterling. 2 3/8" height, it's sized to fit an approx 1 1/8" seat tube. Engraved inscription reads: Ferd Schaefer avocet (lawyer) Luxembourg. Impressed hallmark on one strap. Condition is very good with the exception of a vertical impression on the face of the plate between the 1:00 and 5:00 positions. I don't think it's very noticeable but I mention it for accuracy.
