Very tall frame. 26" seatpost measured from center of crank to top of seat post tube w/ an extra long quilled seat-post and extra long truss rods.

Man that thing it tall! Any idea who the manufacturer is? Approximate year? If TOC, were those trussrods possibly added later on?

A number of possibilities, Manson, Napoleon, Mead Sentinal to name a few all used this three tube bottom bracket. I assume the truss rods and fenders were added later but I've kept them with the frame, the rest of the parts just didn't match nor did they offer any clues. I don't think it's a mead but the badge has been there long enough it would feel odd to remove it for the sake of not knowing exactly what it is. Iirc bricycle estimated 1905ish
