Is there a painted over head badge on the front tube? If there is, could you get a close up photo of the shape? The badge shape may ID it. A few different companies made this style tricycle, mainly for girls to ride without having a bar to straddle.

That almost appears to be chrome on the seat back supports. Chrome did not appear on bicycles and automobiles until the later 1920's so that pretty much dates this tricycle to that time period. If the plating is nickel than it could be earlier but not too much earlier because the fenders more or less dates it to something past 1910 so not quite turn of the century but getting pretty close to 100 years old in any case.
