TOC Yale on ebay. Does anyone have knowledge of these?

Does anyone have any information on this bike? It looks pretty complete and also has a shock in the back which is pretty cool. It looks like the down tube and top tube may have a bend towards the head tube or it could just be that my eyes are getting old. Who makes the Yale? Any input? Price look pretty high?

I don't have much on Yale but here's a little reading. I might have more somewhere.

yes tubes are bent, Stevens replacement repair crank (you can see that the block chain doesn't fit on it)
to me it looks a lot like a Losier Cleveland Hygenic Cushion frame build from Toledo!!!
A close up of the "cushion" AKA shock, to see the markings would help ID

i bet the fork is a replacement and most likely the front rim from the collision this bike had with something pretty solid
