I don’t know, if these qualify as top 20, but the “Tomahawk” stem series by Wald mfg. was always pretty desirable.
This third type is an odd one that rarely turns up.
Maybe a prototype?
A few have popped up over the years, and there is a patent drawing of it on file.
So it must have had some sort of limited release before the other variants proved to be more successful.
I’m sure, the safety police would have a field day with these, if they were to show up on a kids bike today.
