The Tornado Chassis is more ornate....and the springs are deeper than the one you listed...
The one Scott posted is closer to the real thing....but also a near miss...
This is the true Tornado saddle....
yours is pretty far off....Scotts was a close but no cigar.

Note: vertical bottom spring bolts on true tornado, not horizontal
as both other examples...

I've seen them used on a variety of bikes including light weight New Worlds and even cycle truck...
I forget the Model # on that one.
