Torrington #15 Pedal Question

I just picked up a set of streamlined pedals. I know some of the Elgin bikes had a version of this pedal that didn't have the extra plate with the scallops like the more deluxe version had that were on the Shelby's. Were both those pedals stamped Torrington #15 on the exterior dome and the only difference is the extra plate. Mine is worn off and I can't read it. Any help or pic of an original would be appreciated. I've searched quite a bit online but haven't seen anything to answer my question. It looks like there is a number on mine but can't make it out. Thx in advance for the education. It's always appreciated.

Ya. Every pic I've seen the lettering is wore off like mine. Curious to see a pristine one.

I left my Torrington catalog at work but tomorrow I will look to see if they had the 14's in it.
