Velox refers to a French brand that manufacturers very high end bike maintenance and wheel building accessories, including bar tape, rim tape and puncture repair kits.
Historical display piece, vibrant yellow with deep blue trim.
UPDATE- additional picture added for the VAR-300 bicycle tool, VAR are French specialists for bicycle tools. Stamped on the back is "Ideale-Brooks".
Ideale saddles are very high end road saddles, with Brooks right behind them.
The 2nd tool is stamped on the back "Derailleur Huret" a bench tool intended for the high end race bikes and Schwinn rear derailleurs.
Both stamped made in France.
This item came out of long term storage from the estate of a long ago Portland, Oregon Schwinn dealership.
