Tried BAR KEEPERS FRIEND on the Radiobike. Results!!

I got cold feet and chickened out on repainting the frame and fork. Then, I read about Bar Keeper's friend. Well, it ain't done YET, but it has began to effectively REMOVE the rust spots on top of the paint and bring out some color. Even if it only MARGINALLY brings out this rare, tired old paint, I am happy. The rust left when I am done is under the paint, can't fix that.

Here is the fork so far. I SEE BLUE!!!

Frame is coming back too, but is very faded and dull. Will try to finish with rubbing compound. No. 7....don't fail me now!!

Wow! What a difference! On my Airflow, I used Meguire's Compound, then the polish and finished it with wax. I was pretty happy with the results. It livened the color.

May try that. So far, my No. 7 has not cut through. Maybe call the Ghostbusters?

I have to go to two events tonight, here is half the frame, pulled out of the tub and dried. Little or no paint in some areas, as expected. Needs more care and cleaning.

BUT THE SUCKER IS BLUE!! BLUE I SAY!!
