Junior Toy was sold to AMF in 1951, so yours is somewhere post 1951 but before the "Junior Toy" name was dropped with head badge decal showing the maker name only as AMF. Not sure what year that occurred. I've never seen those thin tires for sale anywhere. You would probably need to find someone with a tire setter machine who could re-tire the wheel with round rubber.

i took a piece of rubber hose and made a tire from it
im having a new decal made for it to replace the one
