I'd rate the chome 7.5/10 and way nicer than most as their morphology lends itself to corrosion.
Tires are hard to find, same tread as used on Elgin Black Hawks and Falcons and these are in good shape except one has a crack that doesn't go all the way through the side wall and disappears upon inflation.

Hard to find these tires and they have a cool tread correct for falcons and blackhawks...wheels not perfect, but they are better than most you find.
