Trying to determine bicycle value

I am thinking about purchasing a cool old cycle truck, but I am not sure if I am getting a good deal. What does a bicycle like this bring these days? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

They want about $3K for it, but still working on negotiations.

Missing the basket, basket brackets, has a broken drop stand clip and no chain guard. Something to keep in mind when purchasing. Curious if the sign writing is original as it appears artistically done.

WAY too much. I would expect it to see 1200-1500 on a GOOD day with all the original parts on it. In this condition i would expect to see around 800 or so.
Then again...its worth what someone would pay I suppose

Appreciate all of the responses. I was thinking if I could get it for around $2k then that might be a decent deal, but I guess that's even too much.

Front wheel was replaced , not original should be a drop center like the rear , looks to be from a stingray , handlebar replaced also incorrect. Should look more like mine minus the accessories
