Your bike is not a Huffman but looks like about a '36 CWC built bike to me. BTW it looks like someone ruined a nice National bottle cap badge by screwing it to this bike. V/r Shawn
 
Maybe I'm having an off day but serial, dropouts, and fork do not say Huffman to me? V/r Shawn

while not typical the fork ends are huffman
cwc had an unmistakable, distinctive font and layout for their serial #s
forks shouldn’t be used to identify frames as they are easily changed but this one does look huffmanish to me
note the seat tube clamp area: def huffman
 
I agree you should never identify a bike by the fork...or chainring. Oh well I guess I blew this one! V/r Shawn
 
Thanks for the input guys. Would this bike originally have had stainless steel fenders? Triple step rims? What would the original seat have been?
