Trying to ID this wagon.

I bought this wagon at an auction and trying to date it, the artillery wheels might not be OG and the under the red repaint is blue I think. Thanks if you have any info.

Kinda looks like a late '30s/early '40s Steelcraft (Mercury?). Not a lot of value to these even if really nice though. V/r Shawn
