'Lil Knee Scuffer
I picked up the Schwinn Cruiser 3 Nexus 3 speed Coaster Brake this morning. 26" springer and banana seat, 28" shock sissy, 24" ebike front, and rigged the twist shifter on frame. Going to swap out the purple ball.
Took it on it's maiden journey, not a big fan of the rear shocks, and coaster brake 3speed is going to take some time to get used to.
The Huffy is stalled. It has a 29" springer, and tried the 24" and a 20" up front. I also have a drum brake 20" & plan on 5 speed rear e motor. Also plan on powder coating it green or purple.
Custom front brakes on springer?
Im looking for rear flared fenders. Im going to try a 20" tomorrow and see.
What do you guys think so far?

not a big fan of the rear shocks,
They can take a bit of getting used to. The common problem is that the hardware and seat need to be correct for it to function properly. The seat post bracket, seat, seat sissy bar bolts and the bracket that attaches the shocks to the frame are very specific and the aftermarket parts are not correct. You need the correct spring fork for your size bike. Good luck

Or find a Schwinn Manta Ray if you like a bigger stingray style bike.
Rear shocks won't work anyway without correct lower shoulder mounting bolts, correct upper seat (Q) bolt w/correct plastic bushings & last the correct seat with the pivot seat post clamp. If you don't have/use all these parts you're just wasting your money. That seat that sticks 3 to 4" out past the sissybar is hideous looking

Yeah I would ditch that seat and the pogo bar for a shorter seat and a solid sissy. Looks good with the 20" springer/ wheel. Stick with the short seat too. I'm building up a post war Rollfast 24 as we speak. Good luck. Mark.

Is this another/different bike Mark or the same Fastroll you've been building for the last 2 yrs. 🤔

That seat does look hideous,
looking for a way to correct that.
The holes drilled further back would leave me with re-covering it and possibly the sissy leaning back to much. I've seen a few 20" with the lay back seat post. I'm not a big fan of my 3 options.
