Got it in a bunch of parts. My knowledge is limited in heavyweight stuff.
Appears to be complete (except a bolt) and not too badly gone?

Universal McCauley feather guard. Several bikes used a fixed mount type including Monark & Shelby. It's possible the forward mount was just replaced with a universal replacement. One of my favorite guards
