Offering for sale a pair (or two) UNIVERSAL WHITE 28 1/2" SEMI-PNEUMATIC TIRES for sale. These tires are for DISPLAY ONLY and should not ridden (the valve stem is non-functional). They are made in Elizabethtown, PA by the UNIVERSAL VINTAGE TIRE CO. Some staining on small section of tread from storage sitting (see 6th attached photo).
