Looks like a Viking model by Westfield Mfg., (going by the clear badge photo).

I used to have a teens Viking (which I've since traded). Now that I've seen your badge with Westfield Mass stamped on it, I know that mine was also made in Westfield Mass. I had always wondered but now I know. Thanks for posting.
