Unknown date catalog - Anyone seen this one and know the date?

I can't find this catalog in any of the typical online sources. It is also the only images of this one I have found. I am not great at dating the bikes in the images below so maybe someone else can place it.

This page gives it away as a 1940 catalog.
The 39 DX has a straight downtube and the 41 DX had different tank graphics and wider fenders.
So 1940 for sure.

I found all the sheets of the 1948 catalog online. It was a PITA to flip through each page. I pulled them offline, compiled them together and trimmed them all to fit better as a pdf and here you go.
