Unknown long spring saddle... Any idea what brand?

Got this on my Colson Tandem here awhile back, any idea what maker? or year? Ive been keeping a lookout for similar saddles but no luck. The wire brace between the two springs seems kind of odd, usually this is a thick metal brace. I also think Im gonna let it go... any idea on value?

Cover is about ready to let go... $50.00 seems fair for a ladies in current condition.....

I think you are right... I noticed in the last pic something that looked like script, I moistened it just a bit and indeed it said Mesinger.

I think Im gonna go with Troxel saddles on the tandem, I already have a Men's Troxel on the way, just gotta find a matching Ladie's.
