Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
It looks like pre-WWII English roadster. I would say it had 28 x 1-1/2 wheels. Are there frame holes for a rod brake set up?

No i dont see none.the man i got it from said he thought it was around 1915 humber .but what i can see the the humber has 1 little down tube in the frame this has 2.
