I'm Afraid I Can't Let You Do That

I've got this interesting motorbike frame... it has massive 1 1/8" tubing for the top, down, and seat tubes, which I don't recall having seen on a 30's bike before. The rear stays are "D" shaped tubing, and the dropouts look like Emblem built Pierce. It will accommodate a 28" wheel or 26" balloon, so I think it's one of those transition era frames, but I could be wrong. Anybody have a clue?

Thanks guys. Columbia built, or Emblem. I'll look at other bikes and see if I see more similarities. The big tubing, that must have been something they'd mention in sales literature... pretty unique for a motorbike frame, no?
