Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Various Schwinn products up
1-----1940 D serial DX bicycle frame, originally a Springer designated frame with the
bumper tube under the down tube, interesting B model paint scheme as opposed to the
standard DX ones. At some point chainguard tabs were brazed on as well as the Schwinn
post war Kickstand. Modified and updated prewar Frame! Nice Klunker project for someone...
still has the Trains and Planes badge and down tube decal says Schwinn!

2-------1940s-50s Schwinn postwar 6 hole carrier in Patina-fied coach green paint. Fasteners
and clamps are reproduction, rack is very straight, missing the rear reflector, I may have one here
if I find a spare I'll include it.
150.00 plus the postage
24" Rack Sold----
3-------Hard to find 1940s-50s Schwinn 24" Juvenile rear carrier for the 24" Phantom, DX,
Streamliner and others. Super straight carrier, was metallic red originally, paint is pretty weak.
60.00 plus the ride
4-----Postwar Schwinn 9 hole Panther, Hornet, DX, Streamliner etc 9 hole carrier. Lots of
patina here but the rack is super straight. Legs have been straightened out since the pix were
taken, top is VERY straight for these problematic and often wavy topped racks.
50.00 plus the ride!
5-----Prewar Schwinn spring fork original DX Blue paint. This was pulled from a 1941 ladies
project. The steer tube is only slightly longer than the postwar frames...just ever so slightly like
less than a 1/4 of an inch. Should mount up to postwar bikes no problem.. Complete and very
straight legs, struts etc. original AS bolts on board.
140.00 OBO plus add the shipping
SOLD----6---- Prewar Schwinn Feather chainguard in original DX blue paint. Far from perfect but not
terrible...lots of minor dings and dents and the crank has made its mark here as well (not too
deep this time) . Original hardware on board... Perfect for a rider.
