Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Check out this sweet early - mid 1930's Pre WW2 Persons longspring saddle with a cutout chassis in excellent unmolested condition!
Top 10" wide x 12" front to back. Large diameter 1 7/8" front spring adds another inch of length due to stick out.
Oilcloth retains a good amount of black, the saddle does not appear to have had much long term hard use. It does obviously have wear and losses at the edges and is somewhat brittle. Again the springs and chassis are excellent.
Great for an unrestored original bike or go ahead and recover this beauty~
