Victor O. 28", 32 Hole, Steel Trap Door Single Tube Tubular Rim

1 1/2" wide rim for single tube tire x 32 hole. If there happens to be a rear Victor hub attached to it, that's ok. Hole count would not matter with a complete wheel.

I will also consider a 1 1/2" wide, 32 hole, 25" steel tubular rim for 28" single tube tire without a trap door if the rim profile is close to what I already have.

Victor gimmick for a few years that allowed for their exclusive fold-away tire valve providing a cleaner, more esthetically pleasing appearance to the bicycle. I recall reading some promotional piece introducing the new feature. In it they referred to the valve as "unsightly". Indeed!
