Almost forgot, in '54 the sizes for these frames were 21"& 23" measured center of BB to top of seat tube. Can you double check it, Thanks

just checked again. To the center of the BB shell, it is between 21 1/2” and 21 3/4”. So I rounded up to 22”. So in general, it is closer to 21” than 23”. I checked my other Travelers and they happen to be the same size. Hope this helps.
