Super cool!
I had one of these and the AT Mobile Support Vehicle.
As I recall, you press the black button repeatedly to make the blades spin.
It also had the rescue winch so you could lift other Joes (or assorted items) while "flying".

Don't have them any longer though....

Found the dude a few years back while out trash-day-hunting.....naked dude with only the life vest on. Lol He spends his days hanging from a set of steel clad wood wheels on my wall.
