vintage bike not sure of the year and maybe someone can tell me I'm selling it for as you can see by the pictures and needs everything lots of work

Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
2 options....
1st put some cheapie tires on it....grease up the crank, head set and wheels...make it a rider and hope for 75 -100 range
or cruise and enjoy the rusty 1939/40 bomber!
2nd option sell the skirts on eBay for 50-100 on a good day
fenders for 25 or so...
seat carcass 10-20
parts bike!
