Well, it's a pretty nice original paint 1951 New World. Missing its mudguards, original chainwheel, and wrong bars. I think it might be unrideable with the 255 gearing unless you had a pace car ahead of you.
I'd put the gearing right and ride it. don't think I spend $600 for it though. I do REALLY like the paint.
