Vintage v-twin childs bicycle

I have a small vintage bike with a “pretend” pressed steel vtwin engine. Cannot find it on the internet after hours of searching. Im sure the serious bike enthusiast will know what it is right on the spot. The label is too worn to read. Photo attached.

Appears to be American National by Gendron of Toledo. They were sold under many names.

Ok thanks for that info. Does appear to be a Gendron. Anyone know where a photo can be seen of one. Does this motor version have a name? Hard to believe i cant find another one with a motor anywhere? I assume to be quite rare with the motor. Be nice to see an old ad or photo of one. Thanks for the help.
