looking for a little qwick history on this bicycle and also what value it would bring in current condition?

Difficult to guess the age of these without expert information, as these loop frame ladies bicycles with front plunger brakes and rear coasters were in production up until the 60's and possibly later.
Do an Internet image search for 'Wanderer fahrrad' and see if you find anything similar that you can glean information from. They are not uncommon to find examples for sale in Germany, but that probably won't help with your pricing of it in Ohio!

Broadly speaking, if it features chrome plating on the bright parts that will mean a date of post 1929, nickel plating equals pre 1929.

'Wanderer Werke AG' originally started bicycle production in the 1880's with high-wheelers and branched out into cars, motorcycles, milling machines and sewing machines.
The car division was swallowed up by Auto Union (latterly Audi) in the 1930's.

The company went bankrupt in 2010 but the bicycle name was purchased by another c6cle manufacturer.

They were into motorcycles as well. In about 1929 the motorcycle rights were purchased by Janacek in Czechoslovakia to for Janacek Wanderer (JAWA) motorcycles.
