Those were made in two versions, a long and a short reach. I assume you’re looking for the long version for your bike?

All my pictures of that stem went to heaven when the SchwinnBikeForum was hacked beyond repair. The short version was used only on the 19" frames and I gave mine to @Eric Amlie 14 years ago. Hopefully he still has it and can provide a picture. Pretty obscure stem these days.

I was about to post that I've never seen one with my own eyes, just other people's pics of them.
I'll have to look for it. I don't remember it at all.
 
I had the whole bike,with it came a48 straight bar. Painted over, and I thought it strange it had shifters on down tube - with round head badge Neck was intact but bent.
