Looking for a front and rear set of 27" x 1-1/2" or 27" x 1-3/8" wheels with a single speed coaster brake in good, true, ready to ride shape for a project.

I think you are not going easily find a 27" wheel with a coaster brake. I have rims and coaster hubs, you can build a wheel.
