Found Wanted-Clock mechanism with Hands and second hand

I have a really unique Clock Face that I am looking to put an electronic mechanism in. I do not want battery. The wingspan on their hands have to be 6 inches or less total. In other words the Clock Face is 8 inches across. I do not need the clock body but will consider what you have. Also I want it to have a second hand. And lastly
I want It to work and not need servicing. I know it could be a tall order. Thanks for reading, Fred

So the longest arm(the second and minute hand) can only be 3” in length on the long side of the arm, correct?

Thought I would try and word it differently to avoid confusion.
