WANTED:Fender skirt loops/clips

Hoping someone can help me out. I have a couple ladies bikes in working one that are complete except for fender shirt loops. I need both the axle mounted and these very small wire clips that feed through the fender itself. Thinking I'll have to fab up the smaller clips since need several, or hopefully find and existing clip that I can easily modify for my application. Thanks in advance for the help. Mike

Thought I had a pic saved of the axel mount loop. I'll add a pic later today.
