Found WANTED: Higgins Badge

I'm picking up a lady's Higgins to fix up for an older neighbor of mine. She's been wanting an old bike to ride around town ever since she saw us on ours. I'm hoping it doesn't need much as I'm planning to gift it to her. So far, it's missing a badge. I'm hoping a fellow Cabe member might have one lying around who doesn't mind selling it on the cheap? Also, are they attached using rivets or screws? The plan is to get her on the road with a full service & a few parts I have lying around. Thanks so much for the help! Mike
