Wanted: info on these pedals

Looking for info on these CYCLERITE pedals that are on a prewar bike I just bought. I'm not familiar with them. Both pedals are in similar condition. Prewar? Standard issue from the factory on any bikes? Value?

Thanks for the help ID'ing these. They came on a repainted prewar Colson I recently picked up to resell and had been wondering if I should swap them before selling it. Don't look like anything special so I'll prob just let them fly with the bike.
