The handlebars don't have to be perfect, just no road rash, pitting. Surface rust is ok. The seat post in about same condition.

I would like to find wheels that are in nice shape, without any major dings or dents. As long as s-2 hoop itself is in nice shape im interested. I know imma have to step up for S2 but hey you get what you pay for.
