Did some measuring , fenders are the same ...No difference. The only difference is the frame dimension from the seat post down to where the rear fender bolts to the top frame brace ..

Right, so the frame dimples and mounting hole are in a different spot which makes the tall versions different. The chart above is a good guide.

I have a tall frame 6 hole rack top for cheap if your are interested.
