Found Wanted: Prewar Schwinn Model C/DX fenders

Putting together a Model C with a serial number of F53413. Potentially fallible serial number charts say '40. Frame has ears for drop-stand and provision for locking fork.
So I went through the parts I have over the weekend: I have an NOS maroon and cream tank and an NOS maroon front fender and a used black rear fender but the front fender is NOT for truss rod forks so now I would like to buy the following:

- a matched set of 3" fenders with fender braces (truss rod front) from a Model C or BC or DX. Presentable Maroon/Cream a plus but not necessary. FOUND thanks @Howard Gordon
- a nice set of straight truss rod forks with decent threads, locking is a plus. FOUND thanks @mr.cycleplane
- a complete set of bottom bracket cups and bearings - proper for '39-‘40
- a complete headset cups/bearings - proper for '40 FOUND
- men's Schwinn dogleg cranks ‘39-‘40
- Delta Horn Light, fender mount FOUND thanks @Nashman

I am open to conventional wisdom, including the idea that prewar serial number charts are not definitive. Could certainly be ‘39.
