wanted Raleigh handle bars

In fair to good condition for a 1968 sprite 5 speed. I had after market stem and bars on it and today I put on the correct stem, only to find out the bars are a smaller diameter.
Seems after working in bike shops for almost 40 years, I should have remembered that...

Guess I'm getting oldtimers disease.
