I went down this avenue 12 yrs ago in the same location. I found 2 ppl who said they could do it. Problem was a 12 mos turn on a finished product and price! I did it myself!

I'm a flooring contractor, I work everyday, I do estimates after work, I don't have a shop or garage where I could do it myself even if I wanted to -
and I have a one year old baby boy that I take care of as soon as I get home. I gave myself a budget to complete this build, including enough for a good paint job.

Would it be too much to ask that comments be limited to useful information ? Thanks
