It is a "Vintage Miller Bicycle Dynamo Lighting Set" for 80$, on Akron Craiglist/ bike parts.
I don't know if it is what you want.
It is laying there for one year or so.

Lucas brand is what is needed for purity.

I believe Lucas (prince of darkness) didn't dabble in bicycles electronics, only cars and motorcycles.

Miller was English and would work if you can’t find a Raleigh.

What a beauty. Check advertisements from that era for correct lighting. Think the headlamp would have been a rectangle either Sturmey or Miller. Lucas had stopped making bicycle lamps some years previously. Will look through my stash for something as clean as can be for your fine ride.
