Wasp heavy duty spoke size

Was the Wasp spokes the same as the Whizzer spokes?

Don’t think so, but no way any expert on these. I believe the HD Wasp had 105 gauge and Whizzers were more like 120.

The heavy duty wasp had .120 gauge spokes.

The Wasp was offered with the standard wheel sets and the Heavy Duty version. The Heavy Duty option included 120 spokes, 7000 seat and heavy duty 3/8 axle front hub.
